We normally celebrate Valentines Day starting with a lovey dovey breakfast with cinnamon rolls, love letters, and presents.

valentines day in Maui

This year Jarrett had to go to work early so we celebrated at dinner time. I don’t have an oven, so I did buy some cinnamon rolls from a bakery in town for the boys and I, but sadly the ants got to them first-ha!

When I woke up, after Jarrett had left for work, and after I found the ants enjoying the cinnamon rolls, I found a handmade valentine hanging on the door for me:)

Jarrett got a lot of love from his students at school:)

When Jarrett got home from work we opened our presents and gave each other the valentines we had made.

the boys were freaking out, since they had to wait all day to open their presents

the boys got Mickey Mouse adventure bags full of Mickey Mouse paper, pens, stickers, and of course candy

opening his valentine card from mama

surprise note inside!

Trek got one too:)

they packed their bags full of toys as we headed out the door for our valentine dinner

a little Thai girl gave me a rose on the tuktuk

at our delicious Japanese dinner

and thanks to the timer on my camera, we also got a family photo

I hope you all had a Valentines day full of love!
