We made it home from Chiang Mai and man is it good to be home! We had lots of “roommates” to welcome us back since we had left the house unattended for 3 days, but with a little cleaning it was back to just us 4 in no time(for the most part).
Peyton turned 7 years old today! We still have one more day planned of fun for him tomorrow, it will be day 3 of birthday festivities and he deserves every one of them. I am confident there is not a sweeter boy on earth than Peyton.
I was thinking on our drive home today of something that would be so much fun for the boys and us and for whoever wanted to join in.
A postcard exchange!
I was thinking that if anyone wanted to send us a postcard from their home town/state/country we would love to get it! How exciting to get postcards from all over the world and from different states. And of course as soon as we got your postcard we would scooter into town, pick out the perfect Thailand postcard and mail it to you!
If anyone wants to just let me know-woo hoo!
(update: I woke up this morning to dozens of emails to send us postcards-woohoo!!! I decided just to put our address on the post! you can still feel free to comment or email me-I just wanted to make it simpler and have the address accessible-can’t wait to see where all the cards come from!)

Please forward your address.. You have touched my heart in so many ways! The odd part is earlier yesterday I watched L.I Medium and they had a young lady and her husband who lost there first two children before the age of one, to the same Illness as Trek. It was the first time I heard of it. Then I stumbled across your blog and have been reading since. I’m so sorry for your loss.
